Who we are

Infocall AI builds and operates custom inbound phone agents for businesses. This policy covers this website and the demo calls you can place on it.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form, we store your name, company, work email and message. If you try a live demo call, our voice providers process your audio in real time to run the conversation, and the call may produce a transcript and a recording we use to run and improve the demo. This site sets no advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your contact details for one purpose: replying to you. We use demo-call data to run the call and review its quality. We do not sell or rent any of it, ever.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored with our database provider (Supabase). Demo calls are processed by our voice provider (Retell AI) and the underlying speech and language model services it uses.

Your choices

Want something deleted - a form submission or a demo call recording? Ask through the contact form and we will remove it.
