The next job calls while you are on this one.
Infocall builds an AI phone agent for plumbing, HVAC and electrical companies. It runs on your dispatch board, so a caller leaves with a slot, an ETA or a person, whichever the call needs.

Everyone is on a job. The phone still rings.
The owner is under a sink, the techs are on calls, and the office is one person chasing parts. Your agent answers, and nobody steps off a job.
A note in the inbox at 7am is not a booked appointment.
Press the button and a real agent answers; the business is fictional, the agent is not.
Six calls a dispatcher would recognize
Each one has its answer on the dispatch board, which is why the agent can finish it instead of writing it down.
- Where is the technician, from someone who has waited all morning
- Book a visit, with the address, the trade and a slot that really exists
- Is this an emergency, from someone standing in water
- Roughly what will this cost, answered only with figures you approved
- Reschedule or cancel tomorrow's visit, which frees a slot you can still fill
- The after-hours call, from someone who will keep dialing
Where is my technician, answered with a number
The caller asks where the technician is. The agent finds the job in your dispatch system, reads the ETA, and answers with a number the caller can plan around.
“How far out is the technician?”
- 01Find job Job 2214, en route
- 02Get technician ETA 24 minutes
“Marcus is about 25 minutes out. I will text you when he is close.”
No heat on a Friday night does not wait for Monday
After hours the call still comes. Somebody with no heat on a Friday night is not leaving a voicemail, and if your line does not answer, the next number on their list will.
Your agent answers at 11pm the way it answers at 11am, with the same rules and the same access to dispatch, so a 2am caller gets a slot you can actually staff.
| The call after hours | What your agent does |
|---|---|
| Water through the ceiling at 11:40pm | Follows your emergency rule and gets a person involved instead of judging it alone |
| No heat on a Saturday morning | Takes the address and the fault, holds the first slot you can staff |
| Where is my technician, at 7:10am | Finds the job and gives the ETA, not a promise to call back |
| Reschedule tomorrow's visit | Moves it in the system and frees the slot |

Phone rang. He stayed on the ladder.
A real emergency gets a person, not a guess
The agent does not decide on its own whether a leak is an emergency. You draw that line, and Infocall writes it into the agent.
A gas smell, water that will not stop, a panel arcing, a commercial site with a shift starting in an hour: each becomes a rule written with your dispatcher and reviewed by you before launch.
A call that matches none of those rules goes to a person, and the caller is told that, not given a guess about a leak.
Hear it take a real call.

Talk with your mic. Try: my water heater is leaking, how soon can someone come?
Questions people actually ask.
What happens if someone calls at 2am?
The agent answers, the same as at 2pm. It asks what has happened, books into a real slot when the call can wait, and gets a person when it cannot. Nobody hears a recording asking them to try again in the morning.
Will an AI decide whether my customer has an emergency?
No. You write the rule for what counts as urgent. It does not diagnose over the phone.
Will it give a customer a made-up ETA?
No. The ETA it gives is the one on your dispatch board. If the job is not on the board yet, or no tech is assigned, it says the office will confirm and takes the number.
Give every caller your best, every time.
The first call is free. Nothing is committed until you have a scope and a price.
