Ten days from your first call to its first call.
Infocall builds your AI phone agent in ten days. You explain how your calls work; we design the agent, build its tools into your systems, test the hard calls and take it live.
- Live in
- Ten days, in four stages
- Your part
- A scoping call, system access, one review
- You configure
- Nothing, before launch or after
- After launch
- Infocall keeps tuning it from real calls
Ten days. None of them are yours.
Four stages, all of them Infocall's work, and you hear the agent at the end.
- 0101. We learn your business (2 days)
- We listen to your calls and learn what people ask, how your team handles it, and which systems hold the answers.
- 0202. We design the agent (2 days)
- We settle what it knows, how it behaves, what it may say, and when it hands a call to a person.
- 0303. We build its tools (4 days)
- We wire the lookups and the approved actions it runs inside your systems while the caller is on the line.
- 0404. We test the hard calls (2 days)
- We run interruptions, edge cases and real scenarios until it holds up on the calls that go sideways.
You supply three things. We do the rest.
A scoping conversation about how your business runs, access to the systems the agent needs, and one review before launch. Design, build and testing are ours.

The tools are what resolve the call
Stage three is the tool work. The agent uses tools built into your own systems, so it can look things up and take the actions you approve.
Old software is a normal starting point: some systems connect directly, some need a workaround, and a few cannot be reached. We work out which is which during scoping, before anything is promised.
Where a system is out of reach, the agent takes the details and hands them to a person.

“It is finished and ready for pickup whenever suits you.”
When the agent is not sure, it says so
An agent that is not confident says so and gets a person on the line, instead of guessing. That is decided at stage two, alongside what it may say.
A wrong answer that reaches a customer is worse than a handover. The caller gets a human while they are still on the phone, not a callback.

The phone rang on day eleven.
Refinement starts when the real calls do
Real callers ask things no design session predicts. Infocall reads those conversations, and where the agent hedged or got it wrong, writes the fix into its knowledge, its rules or its tools.
It keeps going as your business changes, and a dashboard shows calls answered, how many the agent handled without a person, after-hours calls, your busiest hours and what callers ask about. The figures on this site are sample data.
Hear one first, then talk to us
Press the button and a real agent answers; the business is fictional, the agent is not. Then a free scoping call, and nothing is committed until you have the scope and the price.
Questions people actually ask.
How long does it take to get a phone agent live?
Ten days: two learning your business, two designing the agent, four building its tools, two testing the hard calls. Those are Infocall's working days, not yours. Once you sign it off, it starts taking real calls.
What do I actually have to do while it is being built?
Talk to us about how your calls work, give the agent access to the systems it needs, and listen to it before it goes live. Nothing lands on your team after launch.
What happens when the agent does not know the answer?
It says it is not confident and gets a person on the line, instead of guessing. The caller is still on the phone when that happens, so nobody waits for a callback.
Who maintains the agent after it goes live?
Infocall does. We read the real conversations, tighten the rules and extend the tools as your business changes. There is nothing for you to configure or keep alive.
Give every caller your best, every time.
The first call is free. Nothing is committed until you have a scope and a price.
